Plan Implementation:
  • Begin with a kick-off meeting with Senior management of the company
  • Interview people with whom we will work closely
  • Conduct analysis of current strategy and capabilities vis-à-vis the government
  • Review and critique your current sales activities
  • Review marketing literature to identify those areas that will need a bit of change to better support your federal sales efforts
  • Your corporate website to reflect the message we will be using
  • Develop a marketing strategy for positioning of your company for success in the government market based on your pricing model, past market exposure etc.
  • Identify most likely customers based on current clients if applicable
  • Make qualified connections for your company with key decision makers in government to facilitate the sales process and remove ourselves /or remain involved as the client requires
  • Communicate with your Management Team on new federal market opportunities and strategies for approaching them
