	Ashok Mehan is a veteran hands-on CEO with proven IT industry vision and extensive business management experience, particularly in systematic business innovation. He is a profit-oriented manager, skilled at all aspects of business, especially in business development, evolving new economy business strategies, and deriving true value from business investments in enterprise computing and Internet strategies.He has built a successful business from the ground up, implemented an ERP system, and sold IT products and services to Commercial and Federal Government customers.
He has a well-developed, intuitive sense of future market directions, and is extremely skilled at implementing creative business processes for competitive advantage to create sustaining market dominance. He is a strong believer in that no matter how brilliant a business model, it will be a matter of time before it burns out. Particularly well experienced with strategic business planning, and building creative teaming relationships, he developed new markets using his strong sense in aligning compensations of key employees to the bottom line results of the company. With seventeen years of hands-on experience in all areas of people and financial management, he conceptualized another start up in September 2001. The new company is dedicated entirely to developing winning business strategies for CEOs of small to medium sized government contracting firms, and to provide strategic consulting to senior government officials in making technology product selections for business process improvements.
