| OptionWealth was founded in December of 1999 as a web-based provider of decision support services to help employee stock option owners maximize their personal net worth and to help Professional Financial Advisors more effectively manage their client’s accounts. OptionWealth is an applications service provider (ASP) of subscription access to Web based tools for large financial institutions with corporate executive services, brokerage houses and financial planning organizations who have accounts with middle and large companies. I have served as the founding President of OptionWealth, working with a CEO who is an experienced stock broker to guide the organization through it’s product development phase. I have personally recruited key network engineering and software development staff, managed all of the marketing, public relations and negotiated all legal contracts for the company. I am an experienced writer of business plans as well as all marketing materials and press releases. My commitment to OptionWealth was to carry the organization through the product development phase and bring the business end of the operation into a viable operating level. I achieved my personal goals at OptionWealth but the financial markets were in recession by August of 2001 and financing for the organization to continue operations was reaching an end. |
